“Clean and staff was very nice”

“The first room I was given, the beds had not been made from the prior guests. So I was given a different room. The beds were made, but there was no remote for the tv. The next morning, there was no hot water for a shower. I didn't mention the hot water because it was later in the morning, so I thought maybe it had been all used. I did get a remote from the lady at the front desk. Later that day, my daughter, that had been at the hospital with my granddaughter since the day before came over to……

“My entire stay was an excellent experience, The proximity was very important because my husband was at Wellstar Hospital, and they were directly across the street. And being from out of town and not knowing the area made it easier to navigate a strange city. I would highly recommend the Hotel to anyone !”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
